Step by Step Instruction How to Install and Use Graboid Video I have a
userid,
I’m on
your website, but I can’t find any videos
You have to download and launch the Graboid application. You can’t watch videos through our website, even if you click all the buttons at the same time. Graboid is an application like a web browser itself. Or World of Warcraft. I can’t get any of these fixes to work. Should I uninstall/reinstall? Sometimes the only solution is to completely uninstall Graboid and re-install it. Go to add/remove programs in control panel on your PC. Uninstall Graboid, and uninstall the Mozilla Activex control. Restart your PC. Get the latest version from our website and install. I have 64-bit Vista, or I can’t get the current version to work because of my system configuration. Often our beta version will work even when the regular version of Graboid doesn’t (particularly for Vista 64-bit). You can get it here: http://www.graboid.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=845. I have a Mac. Good for you, so do we. But Graboid doesn’t work on Macs natively. It works pretty well in Parallels though. We’ll release a Mac version eventually and make the world a better place. I launched the app, but it’s asking for login information Before you can use the software, you must have an account with Graboid, free or otherwise. Feel free to sign up with names like Mickey Mouse or Ura Hog, but not for premium accounts. Click the link at the bottom of the login window to start the registration process. Once done, you can use the userid and password assigned to log in to the application. When I launch the application, I just get a white screen. This was fixed in version 1.2.3.3 of the software, make sure you have the latest version from the website (the version #is given in the top left of the application window). Still need to Contact us?
